Quantity surveyors are often undervalued, but they are a crucial part of the construction process, helping to manage costs, reduce waste, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. #QuantitySurveying#ConstructionManagement
We need more collaboration in our industry. Working together with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders can lead to more efficient processes, better project outcomes, and, ultimately, a more successful construction project. #constructioncollaboration
Task conflict is disagreement over how to approach a project or task; relationship conflict is when personal differences get in the way. Good debate (task conflict) will improve outcomes, but relationship conflict will harm team dynamics #conflictresolution#teamwork
We need more than just local job creation. There is such a shortage of skilled resources in our industry at the moment that we need to look overseas and make skilled migration easier #australia#construction#jobs#Migration
Disputes are inevitable in the construction industry, but with the right strategies and approach, they can be resolved effectively and efficiently. #constructiondisputes#disputeresolution

Looking forward to developing and delivering some new online #training for @BuiltIntel in Q1 2021. The first deals with establishing your entitlements under a #construction contract. If you want to get paid, or get that EOT, this is for you.
@howardjones Just watched the show in Australia and was blown away. Thank you. Maybe this can be part of live concerts in the future? A ticket to attend in person or a ticket to watch the live stream.
@howardjones Loving the footage, wish I could have attended one of the concerts on the tour. Please could you think about maybe streaming a live performance from your home studio?
Belated #HappyNewYear year to my 267 followers. You are in an exclusive club. Out of 7 billion people on the planet, only you chose to follow me! Hopefully more tweets this year on construction procurement, disputes etc.
@Telstra I don’t want to be in a position where the person I speak with has to escalate it and then promise to get back to me in a few days with an update and never does.
@Telstra Your incompetence knows no bounds. I'm starting to think the way you are treating me and my business is some sort of practical joke. Stop it now. It's no longer funny. Get someone of authority to contact me to stop this nonsense.
@Telstra I just want to be in contact with one single person who has access to all correspondence and has authority to actually do something about it and have some sympathy to the cost to my business and the amount of time I have spent dealing with Telstra.
@Telstra Thanks Greg, I have my doubts that speaking to a business support person would have any different outcome to my experience so far. I’ve spoken to so many people in so many different departments. It seems no one has access to all the info.
