Promise by .@btcare b'band would finally connected today (6mnth delay) turned out to untrue. Worst customer service ever. Don't trust BT

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare So .@btcare my promised update is due today. Will it happen or does my wait go on? Answers on a postcard 'cos I still don't have broadband

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare So not only am I delayed for 6 months I'm now being misled .@btcare is utterly useless #uselessBT #worstcustomerserviceever

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare And I advised you I was PROMISED an update last Friday Are you saying that I shouldnt have been promised that call? Was I misled?

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare No .@btcare I was told I would receive an update last Friday Didn't happen Unacceptable delay continues Get control of this and sort it

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

Ok .@btcare can I please have an update today? Promised updates last week didn't happen so I'm none the wiser why delay continues

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@LewisCairns_ @BTCare 😂😂Helpful Lewis. I'd call you to discuss but I don't have landline...😡😡😡

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare No .@btcare I was promised a call yesterday Didn't happen Nothing today either Totally useless Ironic silence from a telecoms company

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

Well done .@btcare no update yesterday or today despite promises Worst customer service ever. 6 month delay goes on #btisuseless

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

Still no call from .@btcare despite promises Shouldn't be surprised Been waiting for connection since April #btdontcare

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare No. They were due to contact me last week. 8 September. Didn't. Happen. Now more timescales. I've been waiting since April...

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

Still waiting for an update from .@btcare promised feedback last week. Hasn't happened. Delay continues...

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare So in the meantime no one gets in touch? Is .@BTCare incapable of doing 2 things at once? Certainly incapable of connecting my broadband

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare Still nothing from .@BTCare beyond a joke. Just want you to update me as you promised. 5 month delay goes on...

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare Why the complaints team? I was told the orders team would be in touch?

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare Useless .@btcare promised update call yesterday didn't happen. 5 month delay continues more empty promises from bt

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare please make sure they get a full answer from openreach this time. Meantime you are still billing me for no broadband. Good business model!!!

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare 😂.@btcare still no idea what works needed to connect me. 5 months after ordering #amateurs #btdontcare #losingpatience

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare That's my point. They can't. No one can say when I'll be connected. Despite that being their job. And ordering in April!!! Why???

[Steven @stevenhendry76]

@BTCare If you mean 'have I been told you still can't give me an update' then yes. still billing me though for broadband #utterlyuseless
