My Agent says I should also say this:
The chart understates the real job.

Most of those AI prompts aren’t “ask ChatGPT a question.”
They’re me refining agents via prompts, skills, memory, pipelines.

Most of the personal messages are me talking *to* the agents.

0 emails isn’t laziness. It’s the ops layer already running without me.

The average AI user sends ~110 prompts a month.

I dictated 1,970 last month. 200,000 words. Two novels of instructions, spoken from a jungle in Costa Rica.

And that's only my voice, if you add typed prompts then it's closer to 2,800.

Emails sent: 0. My agents handle those. I didn't even notice until I saw this chart. Personal messages, mostly agents.

Agents are for everything. Agents are for everybody.
