@ScottBuchanan Very scrambly and unstructured and almost feels like they haven't stopped playing the way they were trying to force AM34's 70th. I liked the physicality and response from guys, but they got too far away from their game and tried to play more the Bruins game.

@allanbranch It's still early days but this strategy seems to be slowly helping me get through some of my less exciting stuff quicker which helps me get back to the fun shit without getting overwhelmed in all the "yuck". I used a bit of a gamification strategy.

@allanbranch I've started timeboxing and tracking every task...even the smallest things I used to just assume I'd remember.
I only review my inbox and non-critical messages 3 times a day to limit distractions and "easy-outs". Anything that takes less than 2 minutes I do right away.
