@uoeurope I placed an order for a gift card for a friend on 11th December. This was 14 calendar days ago. It is now Xmas eve and your courier Evri have still not delivered it. They have had the parcel since December 16th. This is unacceptable.

@DPDgroup_news now your website has announced that my parcel has been delayed due to ‘an unexpected issue in my area’. I rang your customer services on 0121 275 0500 and the automated message said the delivery has been delayed indefinitely! What on earth is going on?!! Appalling

@DPDgroup_news your Middleton depot have had my parcel since Wednesday and have still not delivered it. This is a Christmas present for my daughter. Your website gives a vague suggestion it ‘might’ be delivered today. ‘Might’ just isn’t good enough! When will it be delivered??

@googlephotos Thanks for your response. I am using IOS on my phone and Firefox browser on Windows. Facial recognition worked until recently but stopped after I turned Face Grouping off and on again about 2 weeks ago . Now i only get pictures of pets and not people when I try and do a search.
