This repeal is designed to centralize power, not benefit Ohioans. The revenue will have to be recouped somewhere else. Either via a sales tax increases to 15-20%, income tax increases to 11-15%, or shifting tax liability to utility companies, thus doubling your payments.
That’s right, Brian. This is Ohio where we cut services to afford stadiums for Republican megadonors and failing utility companies while our national rankings drop in wages, education, health care, infant/maternal mortality, life expectancy, etc. and young people leave in droves.
