@shreyas@johncutlefish This is exactly my experience. Some of it is a lack of time to learn if the tool is a good fit. But more so, any tool needs to be used in collaboration with other teams (growth, design, analytics, etc) that it significantly increases the amount of effort required to get buy-in.
