@Scotpol1314@JohnSwinney I think it's obvious now the SNP don't really want Scottish independence eh. I do question the SNP members now are they really independence supporters eh.
“When you are doing nothing about independence… and you’re making a virtue of just sitting on your big fat arse – picking up a huge salary… I think people are going to get fed up with you pretty quickly…” from #GenevaReport ++Watch Again++ 🎥 https://t.co/NyrinxtQt9
@JimFairlieLogie@theSNP I've voted SNP all my days but am not sure this time eh. I don't like the way the SNP are disrespecting the Scottish independence supporters eh.
@JohnSwinney John says Scotland must have the right to choose eh. Well that's basically saying we have to ask Westminster for permission to leave eh but John knows Westminster are going to say no. So John Swinney gravy train working very well here. Con artist at work eh.
@JohnSwinney This is the same con trick there been doing every elections eh. I won't be voting for SNP anymore. I just vote for other Scottish independence party now.
@JohnSwinney@Daily_Record@theSNP I've voted for SNP all my days but no more . It very clear there not interested in independence eh. John Swinney will definitely be the downfall of the SNP. I've accepted Scottish independence will never happen it pains me to say this but it's true eh.
@JohnSwinney@DaveDooganSNP@PerthandKinross I've always voted SNP but finding it hard to keep voting for them eh. I really dislike John Swinney honestly like. John Swinney is disrespecting the Scottish independence voters now. He's obviously has no interest in Scottish independence.
@CMS481@johnwhi20764601 eye on the prize fu@king hell. It's so blatant obvious the SNP are not interested in Scottish independence eh. It's getting embarrassing now honestly like.
Our leading pro-indy media voices agree that it's time to abandon the SNP. Here @QuinanLloyd outlines why:
"Many, many people, they genuinely believe that the Scottish National Party is the means by which independence will be delivered.
"Now, we know that is no longer the truth. There's plenty of examples from Europe of other devolved regions, other devolved countries which find themselves 25 or 30 years after they became devolved entities, find themselves in exactly the same position as we are, where one particular party that carries the flame of independence, has decided that it's comfortable and it's quite happy within the devolved situation, but speaks about independence periodically, usually on the run up to elections.
"Now, what's used to counter them, particularly in Catalonia and the Basque country, is this: Do you, as the National Party that believes in independence, do you put party before country?
"Now, we're clearly in a situation where the Scottish National Party at the moment, does put party before country.
"It's happening because a whole bunch of people have earned salaries that they could never have contemplated in their entire life ever having, and they will cling on no matter what, and they will prove to us, as they have done at the last three elections, that in the Scottish National Party, particularly under the current leadership, party comes before country every single time." @QuinanLloyd on #ScottisPrism 19/1/25 with @Allanpetrie91@mickbrick54@PhilBoswellSNP & host @Scotpol1314
