I did it!!!! First Dri Tri complete! 2000 meter row X 300 body weights exercises X 5km run. Time 60.02. All before 7am 💜 Your mind will quit a thousand times before the body will. Feel the fear and do it anyway. Next time goal 55 minutes 💜🏃‍♀️🍑 #otfcallingwood
