@BeeNetwork Problem after problem on this line, uber home from Rochdale £20 down the drain today, £7 last Monday to Newbold as there were no trams gong from Rochale town centre - what is the point of me getting a weekly ticket, disgraceful service. Invest some money in it and improve it.

@BeeNetwork Been waiting for a tram at Failsworth to the city centre for 15 minutes now and the platform display board says the next one is in 10 minutes - a 25 minute wait for a service that should be every 6 minutes. Not good enough.

@BeeNetwork There must have been a problem at Rochdale Central then as I not only waited 19 minutes between trams but also another 3 minutes before it left, a total of 22 minutes waiting. The display on the tram said the next stop was Newbold when we were approaching Rochdale train station

@BeeNetwork Arrived at Rochdale tram stop, display said 9 minutes, got down to one minute and then reverted to 12 minutes. A 21 minute wait is not very good, what's going on please.

@BeeNetwork Instead of giving yourself celebratory congratulatory pats on the back for "12 months of bee network" why not invest into the network so we don't have continuous points failures on the network like today - seven hours ago and still not fixed.

@BeeNetwork Yet another "operational incident" on the Rochale Didsbury line - arrived at Rochdale Central and the display was showing 5 minutes fir the next tram, 4 minutes later showing as 14 minutes. What is going wrong with this line, it us now a regular occurrence.

@BeeNetwork @annie1987 The replacement tram bus service when I have used it it twice has taken nearly one and a half hours Rochdale to Oldham as opposed to the 40 minutes the 409 does, my journey from Rochdale to Faisworth can take two hours if I use the replacement bus and the tram then from Oldham.

@TFGMBeeNetwork Is the 409 bus running to Rochdale, waiting at Oldham King Street, nothing has arrived so far and there is no sign if one on the app.

@BeeNetwork With the trams going no further than Oldham Mumps on the way to Rochdale will there be a replacement bus service in place as the 409 to Rochdale is not a good alternative time-wise due to the amount of stops it makes in the morning on the way to Rochdale.

@BeeNetwork 26 minute delay going going to Oldham from Failsworth this morning, and a 17 minute wait going back, and all we get is apologies for the "minor delay", can I just share with you the fact that a minor delay would be a few minutes and not 26 and 17 minutes respectively.

@BeeNetwork You've reduced the tram frequency from 6 minutes to 12 minutes, effectively cutting the service by half, but you can't even keep to the 12 minutes frequency, there's been a 23 minute wait at Failsworth to Oldham, Metrolink is a disgrace, a shambles of a service.
