Welcome back to 2026 folks! Team Cymru is planning five conferences this year, with the first coming up next month.
If you'd like to apply, start here: https://t.co/UxiWuOnkQ3
#RISEUSA will be our 45th conference and we strive for about half of our events to be full of new delegates, so if you're new to a Team Cymru event, drop us a line at [email protected] and introduce yourself.
When you apply please make sure to use a work email address.
For the rest of the application process (there's a second stage and we really appreciate your patience here), when you get approved to move to the final stage of the process, it's always very helpful to have your LinkedIn and any GitHub, and other URL you can provide. A full (and confidential!) summary of who you are and what you do for the #ThreatHunting and #infosec community is also really useful as we review applications.
We generally process applications in a few days and we are particularly keen to increase the number of delegates from #lawenforcement. We can provide Visa letters to support travel but time is obviously short so if anyone has any Federal, State or Local LEO contacts in the Western USA in particular, please feel free to re-post this 'as-is' with the URL above to places that might be seen by these folks. Or of course just email us and we will handle that part - all ideas welcome!
We ALL benefit if we get the right #LEO colleagues involved in this collaboration effort.
it's great so see several of our @teamcymru friends registering for this event from @cybersecuritymy, bookmark https://t.co/zov2Sq8iw6 to hear about out 2026 conferences as soon as we announce them. if you have been to any of our events before, you'll get the link sent to you.
I don't often post here, but when I do I talk about stuff that we've never really talked about before such as our Underground Economy conferences.

@PenLlawen@briankrebs@teamcymru were founded by 4 guys about fifteen years ago, and when they were mulling over what to call themselves, they realized that one of the things that they all had in common was...Welsh Ancestry, hence the name stuck. True story (I've been here for a while now)
our #undergoundeconomy#infosec events are all (as of today) still officially happening. May in Colombia, September in France and Japan in November. See our blog post for details: https://t.co/5gYB7oRqqB
this is really going to be an exceptional #infose event, please help us to share the word early so that we can process all the due diligence we are required to do to verify applications, especially if you plan to nominate or support bringing a new delegate: https://t.co/dzGwvihD8q
does anyone want to chat about co-hosting a mini Underground Economy Conference at the end of this year in the USA? #infosec#cybersecurity for more details: https://t.co/7a3YjOWXCG
UE19 conference is free and #cybercrime gold, but it's an event thats tough to get into. If you'd like to reach out, @teamcymru will see if you can add value to how we are trying to bridge the gap between the #LEO and #infosec#malware#botnet communities https://t.co/UhUha4yPEI
