@GOP_is_Gutless @keithellison You've circled the levels of fentanyl and norfentanyl. You should be aware that the level of fentanyl in that report is only moderate for a frequent user and not likely to cause overdose. The norfentanyl is an inactive metabolite which is not relevant.
