COVID has blown a hole in what we think of as digitally exclusion. No longer is it 🖥 no access 🖥 no kit 🖥 no skills. It’s now a parent and three kids trying to use one overpriced PAYG smartphone. It’s a poverty premium which impacts on children’s futures & it need to stop.
