@NorthstarTN @davidmweissman @WindsorPD I watched the entire video and I will agree that there did not seem to be a reason to exit the cruiser with weapons drawn. I agree this situation could have been handled better. Not all Law Enforcement Officers are like this. I was wrong.

@NorthstarTN @davidmweissman @WindsorPD So here is the problem, we don’t see on the video the entire traffic stop. Somebody cut the beginning out and only showed what they wanted you to see. When an Axon camera is activated it goes back 30 seconds and there will be no sound. Oh, Burchett has nothing to do with this.
