Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo, Wakil Direktur Utama GOTO mengeksekusi program opsi saham karyawan sebanyak 515,8 juta lembar saham. Beliau menebus saham tersebut dengan harga Rp 2 per saham, yang kalau ditotal modalnya sekitar Rp 1,03 miliar di tanggal 16 Maret 2026 kemarin.

Di hari yang sama, beliau langsung melepas kembali 250 juta lembar saham GOTO di harga pasar Rp 52 per saham. Besoknya, tanggal 17 Maret 2026, sisa sahamnya sebanyak 265,8 juta lembar juga dilepas di harga yang sama, sehingga total uang yang masuk ke kantong beliau mencapai Rp 26,82 miliar.

Catherine sukses mengantongi keuntungan bersih sekitar Rp 25,79 miliar hanya dalam hitungan hari. Lewat keterbukaan informasi, beliau pun berterus terang kalau hasil penjualan saham ini memang murni digunakan untuk keperluan pribadi dan keluarga.
