@FIREDUpWealth Greek yogurt, nuts and seeds at 10am has enough fat to keep me going all day until supper. I take my own ground coffee and cream into work. We never have takeaway food and only eat out whilst on holiday. Not spending money that way means good quality food at home with £ to spare.
