This new AI-Meme-Meta has huge potential.
But can we fully optimise the output of these AI agents while keeping the degeneracy cranked to 100?
My friends, I give you - FutarchAI π
@AnthropicAI You steal the world's data to sell back to us at $200 a month = fine.
Someone uses your product to create an open source alternative = bad.
The level of hypocrisy is strong here.
@jonathanbrnd AI marketing doesn't work at scale.
Marketing is just finding a way to be seen in a crowd.
If everyone is doing the same thing, that tactic doesn't work for the majority anymore (taking money out of the equation).
Marketing is always changing. you won't "solve" it with AI.
@vert1dkrn 1. This doesn't invalidate the entire industry. Show me player count stats of 500 steam games over the last year.
2. Gaming coins probably shouldn't be seen as speculative assets. They should have utility that isn't tied to price. Play the games, profit a little.
@EuropeanTax From my research, if they were to pass a new law on this it would not work retroactively. I also don't think the left and greens hold much sway at the moment.
@Lemz_42 Trying my hardest to steelman their thinking:
Get a wide audience to hear about them at an early stage > possibly make some money > build and make "huge improvements" > drop price and make it seem like a deal
Doesn't really make sense but it's all I've got.
@cagyjan1 I still think there's room for a metaverse layer on top of the web3 ecosystem. Somewhere that you can run around and do defi stuff, shop for and display nfts, interactive memecoin launchpad, jump in and out of other web3 games.
You create a content layer on top of everything.
@cagyjan1@hytopia All good brother - just trying to understand the value prop.
It saddens me to see capable web3 devs waste their talent on projects that are basically "game X with added blockchain", just wanted to see if I'd missed something here.
Best of luck to you all!
