@SingaporeAir#FlySq after flying with you for over 20years I am forced to revert to social media to express my frustration with your COVID refund policies. I have made multiple attempts via email, phone and chat services to get refunded for a flight that you cancelled in April.
@SingaporeAir It is now 6 weeks later and I am yet to receive a refund. This is now beyond frustrating in terms of your companies inability to provide your customers with some form of credible answers.
