Most frequent response from @BankofAmerica #customerservice is it may take up to 90 working days for an analyst to review. It's been 80 working days. What happens if after 90 working days, funds are still not released? @CommBank said funds can't be returned to sender.@BofA_Help

Numerous calls with @BankofAmerica, and a visit to the SF branch on 2/27, the banker and I were both transferred 4 times to finally reach the 'right' department for the issue. Told to wait 2 days after expedite request for an update, but 3 weeks later, still no news. @BofA_Help
