In their exchange filing on 13/03/2023, the record date for delisting /redemption of ncds was kept as 26/03/2023.#RHFL never disclosed any RD/cut-off date for beneficiary ownership for the purpose of 5 lakh threshold limit prior to this letter to exchange.

Even in #AIIL RP, which was shared with ncd holders for voting purpose, there is no mention of any specific date to ascertain beneficiary owner up to 5 lakh threshold.There is clear attempt to highjack substantive justice to retail investors by applying hyper technicalities.

There is gross violation of SEBI LODR regulation 29(3), and contempt of Hon'able SC order in implementing RHFL RP.They arbitrarily fixed RD for BenPos as 15/04/2022, without any prior intimation to exchanges.

@udaykotak Poor retail investors who have invested their life savings areleft in a lurch, there should be different treatment in IBC for retail investors with investment hoti 5 lakh, similar to bank insurance for FD.
