I recently found that horses are often mistreated in racing or rodeos when their riders pull too hard on their flanks. The FEI has a rule that disqualifies riders if any blood is found after competin, but it’s still a common occurrence.

I learned that during many holidays/celebrations (Valentine’s, birthdays, etc), a lot of balloons or plastic decorations end up in the ocean, which is terrible for ocean animals. Throw away your plastic decoration please!

The best solution to addressing vehicle collisions involves building of animal underpasses beneath major roads. This allows panthers to develop home ranges that are unobstructed by roads. Most importantly, it protects all animals in the Florida ecosystem from vehicles #39canimals

Yay!! The ECI campaign got the “EU Commission [to] put forward a proposal to potentially ban fur farming and the sale of farmed fur products within the European market or other alternative solutions on December 7, 2023.” #39canimals
