@totalstemteach Fair is relative. People that are on time and respectful of deadlines will always fare better than those that don’t. But no one improves in a negative atmosphere. “Late” kids will grow to be more responsible with grace but will shut down with penalties/negative reinforcement.

A6: A few tips that I would offer to educators...1. Don't be afraid deviate from the curriculum lessons and be innovative. Ss like variations. 2. Fail forward. If the activity isn't working as planned, brainstorm why and move forward. Be human. #NearpodChat
