@TfL please could someone contact me re a refund on season ticket on Oystercard . @thetrainline are awaiting feedback from you before proceeding with refund . Last used 16th March returned 21st March. They need confirmation of date last used and that card has been cancelled.

@thetrainline returned my season ticket on Oyster on 21st March had confirmation it was signed for 23rd March , still awaiting refund to company so money can stop being deducted from my salary. I last used the oystercard 16th Mach . I contact the company to chase but still no joy
