@hotelscomhelp really disappointed that our 2 night reservation for last night which we booked back in February at the Park Plaza Nottingham was cancelled and moved to a different hotel without any communication. Not only a different room but a lesser room to what we had paid for

@easyJet will you ever refund my flights that were cancelled 8 weeks ago? You said you had done it on 30th April and I still haven’t received it.....

@easyJet any danger of you fulfilling your contact and issuing a refund that you said would take 28 days on 30th April. Out flights were cancelled early April..... as long as the money is earneing interest in your bank you are happy.......Pity your customers are not!
