Blame has to go to road design, where vehicles are funneled to Main road, and overcrowded, who did it? erst while CMC mostly.

This was excavation digging done by BSSWB in middle of the road, and then fill it superficially.
BSSWB is doing this all over the locality, I don't for what, may be to find where they put pipelines.
