Didn't realize he was the one on the touchline when we blew a 2-0 lead against arguably the worst ever side in PL history, the one to barely win a game in April and also the one that let a team that had gone 2 months without a win get back in touching distance of 1st place.
Berta turned a 90 point, clinched in march free run into a legitimate title race with a 78 point team. He’s going to do further damage if he isn’t sacked. With a world cup year we are unlikely to hit similar physical levels as we did last season
🚨 Exclusive: Thomas Partey is unavailable to play in Ghana’s opening World Cup match against Panama in Canada on June 17 as he has been denied entry to the country. Full story @TheAthleticFC: https://t.co/AzcsWhz4TC
@gunnerpunner He has absolutely no business being at the club past this summer. Over 30, his physicality has declined massively every passing season. If we continue hoarding players out of pure sentimentality we will never change our reputation as one of the worst selling clubs in Europe.
Disgraceful. Set to become one of the 3 highest paid managers in the world just because he finally managed to limp his way to a trophy for the first time since 2020. He hasn't even done enough for the past years to warrant the wages he's already on, let alone to double them.
🚨 Talks over Mikel Arteta’s contract extension at Arsenal have progressed significantly in recent weeks & there is growing confidence on all sides that an agreement will be finalised before the start of the new season, sources have told TEAMtalk.
Arteta’s current contract is worth around £10m per season, but the new agreement is set to see that figure effectively doubled, making him the Premier League’s highest-paid manager. ✅✍️ [@GraemeBailey]
@faraondefutbol Can't blame Berta8 for this one when a certain individual has been targeting players to add to his 'i can save him' project/crusade ever since 2020.
@BodegaaCat Certain individuals celebrated the head physio getting sacked, completely ignoring that the players have been getting ravaged by injuries since before he had even been appointed. They'll act shocked too when the players continue to drop like flies next season.
@aliftbll2 No truly elite attacker is interested in playing under the terr*rist we employ, let's be honest here. They know their rep will be destroyed within the first 6 months, by being forced to hug the touchline and receive the ball 5km away from the opponent's goal. 😔
Awesome news: less one shield for a certain fraud to hide behind when the players continue to drop like flies as a result of his training methods next sewson. One day closer until the average fan starts acknowledging who the real culprit for all the guaranteed yearly injuries is.
@DaRealDonreal Not to mention it just about allowed us to limp to the finish line. His "play not to lose" mentality & disgusting football led us to blow a potential 12 point-lead and allowed a team that went almost 2 months without a win to regain momentum and catch us at a point in time.
@noz_zyy You were honest. Since then, you just allowed the narrow title win to cloud your judgement and allowed yourself to be gaslit into believing he's going to build any sort of 'dinasty' at the club.
@BodegaaCat These fans will genuinely find excuses for absolutely anything that might one day be used against their cult leader 💀. The title victory is even making most of them attempt to rewrite/erase the absolutely atrocious football we played throughout most of the season.
You know we played some DIRE/turgid/nauseating football throughout the season when it becomes genuinely impossible to choose an option out of the ones provided - and at least another 9/10 league performances could be added to the poll. The football we play worsens every year. 🤢
@DaRealDonreal Demanding to be the best paid manager in the world (or a very close 2nd/3rd) on his first managerial role and after only winning 1 trophy in 6 years. Disgraceful. The club should never have given him so much power/money so early on.
@___Nans Actually embarrassing to let opposition teams have 70% (or more) of the possession in this type of games, no matter how good we are off the ball. It just screams inferiority complex.
@raptorAFC Recency bias fueled by the title win has led everyone to forget we continue to go through patches where we play exactly like the team did in 2020 (before all the funds were invested in the squad). We create close to nothing in open-play during the majority of the matches we play.
@RoliTshindane Very mediocre manager when it comes to coaching + platforming an attack. We will never reach an elite attack (or an attack with a level that matches the level of the defence) while he's here: his philosophy is all about restricting the player's creativity, flair, autonomy.
