Because when Kabogo became governor he built new hospitals (Gatundu) and upgraded the existing ones (Kiambu and Thika).
Waititu Baba Yao started initiated Bibirioni, Lari, Wangige L4s and Githunguri L5 before he was impeached.
Wamatangi is completing them and other new hospitals he started. By the time 2027 is here, Nyanza will still have 2 level 5 hospitals while Kiambu will have more than 5 level 5s and 10+ level 4s.
Mind you before devolution, Kiambu residents used to seek referral in Nyeri PGH meaning they started their hospitals from ground zero.
That is what we call service to the people. Nyanza has a long way to go until they stop worshipping politicians and seeing them as demigods
