@LandRover Could you please pick this up? I’m a UK customer with an unresolved 2021 Defender software/InControl issue. Full history is in the thread above.

@LandRover_UK My 2021 Defender has been stuck on Pivi 4.2.0 since a failed OTA in Aug 2024 immobilised it. Dealer says all modules are updated, but InControl issues and missing camera guidelines remain. Car reaches JLR servers, so please investigate SOTA/TCU/Pivi status.

After the dealer visit, JLR Customer Support told me an update was showing on their system and had been “pushed” to the car. It never appeared — despite the dealer having just told me every module was already up to date

I have independently confirmed the car is online: my router identifies it as InControlDevice and shows it contacting JLR servers including https://t.co/XikNkePCfl and https://t.co/pafH2jacRN. So this does not appear to be a basic Wi-Fi or phone-app issue.
