@Killiedata I think I've just worded it a bit weirdly. He does cause teams issues is the first thing, but those issues come from him being on the ball.
Replacing tish for him isn't like for like. Tish offers us goods on the ball, but off the ball he is paramount to the team 1/2

The second he replaced Tshibola we couldn't get anything on the ball. When he has the ball it's fine, but that's not what his job on the park was. Cost us in the end

Rice isn't a bully in there. Maybe decent on the ball but doesn't cause teams issues, and in a midfield of essentially one deep 6 he will not work.
