this is a god awful mentality to hold in an environment made to support & foster children, but they dont even win anything meaningful?? we’re traumatizing kids under winning culture and they’re not even doing the winning part???

like I love the sport as much as anyone but if we cannot protect athletes its not worth it, someone needs to do something

we need a major change in virtually every leadership position in cheerleading or this sport needs to die, how many more kids are going to be victimized before theres real change
