What’s scary? She has yet to reach her ceiling. Senior year is going to be her year.

[CA Lady Titans BB @LadyTitans_BB]

She came back from a torn ACL.

Made it to the state tournament four years straight.

Earned the title of Academic State Champion.

And now…Evi Mitchell is officially an All-Stater.

What a journey. What a competitor. Congratulations, Evi! 🏆🔥👏

CONCEPTUALLY THINKING BASKETBALL: The Audrey Plunkett Evaluation

@audrey_plunkett @Ajhawkinsbasket @unitybasketbal1

Audrey Plunkett (2026) - Oklahoma Unity - represents everything modern recruitment should prioritize: cognitive processing over static measurements, system versatility over single-position dominance.

At 6’0”, she creates constant matchup problems. Too skilled and mobile for traditional posts. Too strong for smaller wings. The perfect embodiment of the evolving Two-Way Forward archetype that championship programs need.

FILM BREAKDOWN:

Her defensive impact jumps off the screen - 7+ deflections per game through active hands and court awareness. Not just stealing passes, but disrupting entire offensive rhythms. The kind of defensive intelligence that translates immediately to collegiate level.

Offensively, she knocked down 4 threes in one viewing while maintaining post presence. This isn’t just versatility - it’s weaponized positioning IQ. She processes mismatches faster than defenses can adjust.

ANALYTICS TELL THE STORY:

Oklahoma Unity went 5-0 with her return to the lineup. Multiple double-doubles during live period evaluation. But the numbers that matter most are the contextual ones - how she makes teammates better without dominating usage.

She’s what scouts call a “Culture Anchor” - someone who elevates everyone around her through decision-making speed and basketball intelligence. The kind of player who doesn’t just fill a roster spot but enables an entire system.

PROJECTION ANALYSIS:

Power 5 programs running motion offenses or 4-out systems should be paying attention. Her guard-forward capabilities with post mismatch exploitation create the exact problems that modern basketball rewards.

Late-summer trajectory trending upward suggests recruitment interest will expand significantly. Programs needing stretch-4 production with defensive anchor qualities should prioritize evaluation immediately.

THE BEECHUM PERSPECTIVE:

This is non-measurement dependent scouting at its finest. While others focus on height and wingspan, elite programs recognize cognitive processors who can execute multiple roles at championship level.

Audrey represents the future of basketball evaluation - where IQ Archetype classification matters more than position labels. Where Growth Model indicators predict success better than combine measurements.

System Fit: Motion concepts, defensive versatility, culture building
Archetype: TwoWayForward with IQArchetype processing
Timeline: Immediate collegiate contributor with projected starter ceiling

Don’t sleep on the guards who can forward, and the forwards who can guard. Audrey Plunkett does both at elite level.

The game is evolving. So should your evaluation criteria.
