@tobi We had a good run building Recognia as a startup, first client E*TRADE in 2003. Acquired by Paris-based Trading Central in 2016. Ottawa was such an exciting tech scene when I came out of comp sci at Carleton.
@sarahthian Create room for people to pursue what interests them, and to develop expertise (competency => happiness). And yes, keep your instincts sharp whether that means spending half your time in the field or on the ground (appreciating nuance changes everything)
@twcarey@SonyaDreizler I find it easy to put together diverse panels with barely any effort... they are just the most interesting and filled with all sorts of awesome people I know. I organize the content because then I can explore topics I’m curious about and that are important to my work :)

@nireyal Agreed for most products. Which is why we place our stock insights in the moments where it can be most helpful to investors. Meanwhile, to be successful with products that require a behaviour change, @paddycarmody, you must offer value that is *dramatically* better.
