The Church in Wales has a really big decision coming up. Whilst some of our churches currently offer blessing services for same-sex marriages, this time-limited provision will run out in September 2026. Once this period ends, we have three options: let the provision lapse, keep it and continue to provide blessings to same-sex marriages, or start a process that would allow us to conduct same-sex marriages.
