Kind reminder that the issue we had with our email server was NOT our fault.

There's been a fire that destroyed the server providers site in France two weeks ago, and we still have no idea if any backup will be given to us in the future :(

Hello!
Please notice that the following events emails are now active again:

If you still can't see your refund in one week, please email us so we can send you the refund documentation to send to your bank.

Thank you everyone for your patience, and we hope you will stay safe and healthy.

[Share The Love Day KR @stl_kr]

We have completed the refunds on January 31st, please everyone check for your refund.
If you haven't received our confirmation email, please let us know via email (not DM, to avoid confusion) so we can make sure your refund is been correctly processed.

[Share The Love Day KR @stl_kr]

Please note that it's been made evident to us that refunds processed on Shinhan cards seem to be taking longer to be received, so we kindly ask you to wait at least one more week if you didn't receive a Shinhan card refund.

[Share The Love Day KR @stl_kr]

Hello Skam fans, we are currently registering all the refund requests. Please do not send the request multiple times to avoid double entries. We will answer everyone of you as soon as possible. Thank you.

[Share The Love Day KR @stl_kr]

Hello, we received several dm's regarding the refund of passes for #ShareTheLoveDay. As we already explained refund is not a possibility in case of postponing of an event, it is clearly stated in our terms and condition.

[Share The Love Day KR @stl_kr]

We are applying the same rules for our other convention that we had to postpone and many people were able to resell their pass and extras, so we kindly ask you to try and resell your pass first and remember that you won't have a deadline for that.
