@DanielaNadj Staff shortages in the NHS are largely due to entry requirements of a degree for nurses.
We never had problems when we had the SEN and SRN qualifications - indeed people had to wait for vacancies, and produced good nurses
I note there’s no problem in the NHS recruiting managers.
