this has been such a rough ED year for me, and yet i still see myself as chubby and my ED as so mild that it’s technically just slightly disordered eating. i literally make myself put together these comparisonspo collages to try to see any difference, but i can’t. great 😐
if u do omad u just gotta get comfortable being hungry. there's no way around it. even on reta and vyvanse, i still get hungry sometimes. you either learn to work around it or occasionally break the omad
