These are failures, but they do not have to become your identity.

Then there are the failures you did not create yourself.

Poor pitches.

Bad facilities.

Little access to quality coaching.

Weak support systems.

An environment that makes development harder than it needs to be.

You cannot control all of these.

But you can decide what you do with them.

Study the rejection.

Learn from the performance.

Rebuild after the injury.

Find another route when one door closes.

And where the system fails you, develop the capacity to navigate around it instead of allowing the failure to become your ceiling.

Every setback contains information.

Convert it into experience.

Channel it into improvement.

Stack it.
