@AskCapitalOne I have not received my new secured card after receiving the shipping email. I have no clue who to contact about this. I would prefer to email or chat about this issue as phone service is not great, but neither option seems to be available.

@AskCapitalOne Online chat? Email? VoIP (no matter if it's a cellphone or computer, it still VoIP) is not great. This is not a very complex request. Capital One should have more than just one way to take care of these matters.

@AskCapitalOne Yes. It's been close to a month from the time I made the deposit. The email said the card would arrive around 10/14.

So the latest @LGUS rep I just spoke with said the reason my G6 fingerprint scanner stopped working was due to an update, and they have no idea when it will be fixed, Actually, they would just send a suggestion to have it put back?!?!?
