We oppose the wasteful £50m+ vanity project which will have no significant effect on congestion but cause environmental harm. We work with @RethinkMetrobus
@theAdeMartin There was a survey carried out as to the most popular stops....but by @RethinkMetrobus and not by the #Metrobus people. It was pointed out that most people wanted Cannons Marsh or the Centre, so as you would expect, it went the other way. It’s why I love #Bristol so much.
As if Monday mornings weren't bad enough already had an unpleasant shock when travelling to work this morning to discover the 903 service from Long Ashton Park & Ride in Bristol has been replaced by @metrobusBristol.
“This is stupid,” one passenger said this morning. “It doesn’t take us where we want to go. It’s no use. They haven’t done their research at all.” https://t.co/BwzWLYJcoc
Carnage on the new #bristol#metrobus as expected - apps not working. some cards not working, long queues at the LA P&R and a route that - barring the first half mile - is no different from an ordinary bus, trudging through rush hour traffic. How much £ spent on this clever idea?
M2 #metrobust was described in the Post as "It's fun, nothing special and ridiculous" all at the same time. Could this be the most expensive bit of ridiculous fun ever?
When we asked LA PandR passengers if they knew about the #metrobust changes, they didn't. Some didn't like the changes, either. https://t.co/94eJihlFbe
This 'excuse' for #metrobust delays probably conceal a wider range of project management failures. BRT2 construction looks well behind https://t.co/Qmy9ULiEif
