@bristol247@BristolLive There seem to be at least 200-300 spare parking spaces at Long Ashton Park and Ride working day and many more on Saturday. The google satellite pic taken before metrobus shows it pretty full. This does not sound like a success story. #metrobust
@IanNicholson52@40rch@RethinkMetrobus@metrobusBristol If they want stuff like @metrobusBristol to have a point and make an impact they need to go all in and have it 100% bus lane or bus corridor. Yes it would cost more but actual faster journeys would make people leave cars at home.
You don't get much for £250 million these days. Just a couple of roads, a pointless guided bit, and an aspiration to run a bus service to the most deprived parts of Bristol in a few years. But a quicker ride to the airport unless you live in Bed minster.
Are any of you having this issue? People have reported the Metrobus 1 taking over an hour to get into Bristol due to problems on Hartcliffe Way - Tweet me #bristol#southBristol#Metrobus

Metrobus 3 broken down on Lyde Green roundabout in Emersons Green, causing some delays to motorists and bus passengers #bristol#traffic

@BMetrobust@citizencaz Metrobus happily missed out the whole of East Bristol. A lot of elderly and disabled people live here too! And some of us would quite like not to have to take two buses (if we are lucky) to reach other parts of the city.
@AnthonyParryUK @RethinkMetrobus As I cycled to #aztecwest today I noticed the @metrobusBristol M1 stuck in traffic by #Aldi patchway brook roundabout, lots of pinch points on the route . Shame 🙄
@40rch@RethinkMetrobus@metrobusBristol To be fair I got one from Cribbs at 8:40 last night (8:30 was a no show) and while there was no traffic so the journey was better we kept stopping so we weren’t ahead of time. The timings should be adjusted at off peak to allow the bus to whizz along.
Seriously regretting catching the new #MetroBus M1 in #Bristol - been sat in traffic at Aztec for over 10 mins. So #Disappointing How is this progress? I’ll stick to the Number 1 in future. 😐 At least it’s nice in here.
Things look like they are getting pretty desperate for Metrobust - Bristol City Council's very own hugely expensive pet white elephant

@paulmizen1@iainpdooley The fact that buses no longer serve Asda Whitchurch or the health centre seems sure to increase car journeys. Who devises these routes?
@bristol_citizen Metrobus, a quarter billion pound bus replacement service! What. A. Bargain. At least that shiny new 'green' fleet are all EV, gas or even hydrogen powered. Oh...
