@nonameforme2023 @An_elf_pirate She called the press on that bs. Making a mountain of of a molehill over some *a* little creative tiff they had one day. They resolved i it quickly and carried on - as grown ups (based on maturity not age) are wont to do.
@JustDebado@An_elf_pirate I don't think he's feeling invaded. He hugged her like 4 times during the 7-min ovation. She's just making a point of reaffirming for the public that she, regardless of pressure to do otherwise, still stands by both JD, and her decision to cast him.
@underooswebsss @Variety Given @Dior#Sauvage was, literally, the highest grossing fragrance (across both men's & women's) in '21 & '22, & is tied for 1st in '23; and that Bernard Arnault, who owns Dior is actually the richest man in the world right now... I'd say they know exactly what they're doing.
@mellysaxo@EmergencyInfoBC Exactly this. It should absolutely be overriding sound settings. I have no idea why it doesn't yet. This has been submitted as feedback after every test over the last couple of years.
@PassportCan You could have updated the security without rendering it ridiculous. Not impressed with the removal of meaningful historical imagery in favour of landscapes & wildlife. We are lucky enough to enjoy unparalleled natural beauty here; but it isn't, as per @karinagould, "who we are".
@DstarkStark @CorbyJake @PassportCan @ServiceCanada_E A travel document with artwork meant to be representative of our country. Whatever else might do that, it isn't beavers, leaf raking, and swimming. If you're going to remove imagery so meaningful, either replace it with similarly important images, or remove the art entirely.
@PassportCan I really hate when the government makes decisions so dumb that I am forced to agree with Poilievre! @karinagould "who we are as Canadians" are people who recognize that the freedom we enjoy came at great cost & who would far rather honour those sacrifices, than beavers & leaves!
@KrisReports I really hate when the government makes decisions so dumb that I am forced to agree with Poilievre! @karinagould "who we are as Canadians" are people who recognize that the freedom we enjoy came at great cost & who would far rather honour those sacrifices, than beavers & leaves!
@EmergencyInfoBC Repeat feedback: Alerts need to override mute. If your phone's on silent, which many do at work, school, or on the road (distracted driving is a no-no after all), the notification will go to your phone, but you won't know it. You override display & haptic already. Pls Add sound.
@MrsSweeneyT Far more useful when you don't have 'we don't care what 5 million of our [now former] customers think'-Safran, at the helm. But yes, let's keep reminding people so that, hopefully, they don't go support that child-scamming, domestic abuser
#BoycottAquaman2#AmberHeardlsAnAbuser
@DrBearMrBull1@LondonMarathon Right, b/c it's all about you & your convenience. Not like it's helping people w/ bone cancer or anything... You really need to get your properties in order. I'd call you out on having nothing good to say, but, well teapots, kettles etc. Still there are sooo many better battles.
@LoopDoGG79@magusonline@MichaelMofina@Humane Lmao. As above, my 70+ mum is the most persistent texter of us all. I think it's the boomer/Brit combo: no unnecessary chit chat, people get straight to the point + less chance of any emotional nonsense. Et, voila! The perfect medium.
@magusonline@MichaelMofina@Humane I bloody hate texting. Do it all the time, of course, but I hate it. E.g. sometimes it's nice to actually hear my mother's voice.. 🤦♀️ Four generations of women alive and kicking in my family and she's the worst of us. 🤣
That said, this looks way too awkward to be useful yet
Hey @SyscoCanada, chat support is supposed to be quick. Definitely people shouldn't be left in that amounts to being "on hold" for over an hour with still no sign of a pending human reply. Not impressed 👎👎
@FemCondition @MrsSweeneyT 100% That people are so far off the rails as to consider identity, of any kind, relevant in the midst of this, is unconscionable. A killer is a killer.
And the children & their families, and actions to actually prevent more shootings, should be the focus; *not* the murderer.
