@m8nstard I think it can affect absorption in the stomach if you take fibre supplements too soon before/after you take medication which can reduce or nullify the effectiveness of it. I believe this goes for any oral medication too, not just PrEP

@karina_core Outremer Vanille smells close to vanilla extract from what I've heard and it is cheap (in certain countries) but it's also an eau de toilette. Vanilla Absolu by Montale to me smells very close to pure vanilla with a few supporting notes to elevate it. It makes me smell delicious!
