Having an executive assistant as a commercial real estate broker is an absolute game changer.

Many brokers will tell themselves that they can't afford that type of help.

If you feel that way, consider looking for a situation where your splits would be better rather than limiting your growth and upside by leveraging out things that you shouldn't be doing, like managing your calendar and sifting through your inbox every day.
