This is a PERFECT example right here. It’s a 100% ripoff of Sharkbite from a fake Chinese company that simply doesn’t exist. Amazon deliberately hides country of origin on the product information page. Good luck trying to find any information about the alleged manufacturer.

It’s cheaper than Sharkbite because China didn’t have to spend a dime developing the plans or technology—they just stole all the IP from the original manufacturer. And I guarantee you the product is poorly made using crappy material. It also wouldn’t surprise me one bit if Chinese brass plumbing fittings are full of lead.
