I would say that making a decision/choice and owning a path amongst many paths I kept open was an important factor.
In the end, listening to what I wanted and not what I was supposed to do was the key.

@mattquilliec Finding your life purpose is definitely the foundation. After I had to close my startup this summer, I was lost and not well.

It took me a while to find my purpose again. But when I did, everything was suddenly more evident!
