@mirandareinert I got into hockey right after Funeral came out. I haven't listened to Funeral since 2007. I am still hockey fan. But my hockey team literally doesn't exist anymore. Tragic.
@no_one__wins Definitely. It's like the indie-sleaze thing. Ultimately people get lazy and don't want to engage with what was happening in different areas.
‘BACKROOMS’ director Kane Parsons says he would get “no enjoyment” out of using generative AI on any project — “It defeats the purpose entirely for me.”
“I think I'm in the same boat as most well-adjusted people. If I could snap my fingers and make generative Al disappear forever, I probably would.”

BACKROOMS isn’t “about trauma” lol it’s about memory.
i think it’s weird that one character having a mentally ill mother is taking center stage here when she’s simply… remembering her mother occasionally. doesn’t overpower the film at all.
@drvntechnq@AtlantaBeltline Rail still moves people efficiently per/space while also being timely. Why would China continue to advance and expand it? Small capacity transit is limited.
@ZaidJilani@amiffittx It's always been designed to have light rail. The residents on the east trail in the townhomes were very much against it. Not to mention, funds have been allocated to it per my understanding.
@alanthefisher It's such endless pain with Gwinnett and Cobb blocking expansion. I do think Gwinnett could turn in a few years. I drive these roads every day with such disdain.
