I’m learning some more about the Biden immigration legislation that will be introduced tomorrow. There will be sections on legalization, the border, refugees & legal immigration. There are about a half dozen bills passed in the House in the last Congress that will be in there. 1

Here’s a suggestion - Give the COVID vaccine right away to US consular officials. Not many of them, but the positive impact that decision would have on families separated across the world would be enormous. US consulates haven’t been functioning for most of 2020.

@TravelGov @gsiskind This is no help at all. when I sent questions to embassy/consulate, I received a reply which they have been template replying since jun 22. Either @TravelGov advise the embassy staff to read through the emails reply or @TravelGov reply to us.

I have changed my employer in 2018 and in my i129 part question 2 has change of employer checked! Am I exempted from pp10052?

Please exempt people with valid I-797. Some of them are working legally for over a decade and have an unattended home, mortgage, & car loan. Just because they came out of the US & are stuck due to #COVID19 our re-entry is banned.
