Never in our Westminster parliamentary tradition has an opposition party called a division during a throne speech. In the time that I have been in the legislature, I have never seen a vote against 1st reading of a bill. Notley and these NDP are classless.

I was shocked when I held the Sov Act.

Only a few pages thick. Democratic system are complex and require a nuanced approach to changing procedure-I expected the Bill to reflect that. To have exceptions, definitions, and explanations. (1/2)
