When diversity hiring kicks in one realises it.
Many skilled Devs aren't even able to sit for the OAs coz they don't meet the CGPA criteria.
Imagine you are expert on CF, 500 lc problems but can't even give an OA coz you wont be eligible.

Even after you are eligible, College will internally do a shortlisting, not on basis of your skills but on cgpa/or random. That's when it hurts.
And these OAs everyone cheats, it's not a game of how good you are it's the game of how good you can cheat.

Cheaters clear it and make it to bit companies, that's how it is.
