@DanielGoldersUK@Nigel_Farage He has security, from the party that he owns that gets millions in donations.
He admitted he hasn't spent any of his personal cash on security.
@lukerobertblack@RishiSunak I think this was part of a full admission where he said the Tory's were going to leave a huge economic and fiscal black hole and Labour was going to have to raise taxes to pay for it.
And he was right!
@ukJ0N@SandyofSuffolk Typical Brexiter - "I believe that if only we'd have battered our own bollocks in a different way, we'd be feeling much better now - maybe we should have used bricks instead of boots?"
@BruceUnfiltered Let me ask you something. Someone who earns £100k a year and puts away £20k a year into an ISA, is someone who has saved properly, but someone who who earned £20k a year and can't afford to save anything - is doing the wrong thing?
@harrsica@Kick_the_chair@MeesWynants They have jobs? As in many countries, if you are on lower incomes your earnings are tax free, that's why they don't pay income tax, but they still pay national insurance, which is income tax by another name.
@MeesWynants You meant to say income tax I presume? Don't forget billionaires and the super rich are part of those who don't pay income tax.
But yes, everyone pays VAT, council tax, national insurance, fuel duty, alcohol & tobacco taxes, etc.
@DavidZhang360 This whole incident seems very suspicious, there's video posted of the same people instigating conflict in other places & events in Europe. I've seen allegations in Chinese that they are not really deaf, some kind of influencers and are using this footage in a Chinese series.
@GrahamJ97627899@LexiBeaChorlton@Nigel_Farage Courage? He's been hiding from the cameras for months scared that he'd literally shit himself on live television when asked about his £5m bung - and it turns out he was right.
@DD98209210@GrahamJ97627899@LexiBeaChorlton@Nigel_Farage Go easy on the guy, he couldn't attend the European parliament because he was very busy, what with his wife and at least two mistresses that we know of, all on the EU-funded payroll at once.
@bettyfreedom007@JohnCleese You're complaining about people being thick as bricks while following a long-debunked impossible time-travel story.
Meanwhile when Farage corruption is shoved in your face you make excuses, you're a joke.
@JoanneEne@HuxleyPig63 He wasn't an MP at the time, but he was the owner of the Reform party.
The owner.
He also mentioned standing again days before receiving the money and made it official days after.
Also the rules state any money received up to a year before should be declared.
@JoanneEne So you don't care that a foreign based crypto billionaire paid him £5m and he suddenly starts campaigning for crypto laws that will benefit him to the tune of 100s of millions?
@HolyoakeJ14576@lukerobertblack The police investigate to determine if there has been a crime. On the face of it, he's secretly accepted £5m from a crypto billionaire, tried to conceal it, while then trying to use his elected position to benefit his secret employer. That's the very definition of corruption.
